Service Description
Expect dynamic movement combined with traditional yoga asanas (shapes) to increase mobility, connect to breath and restore tired and stiff bodies to their true alignment and balance. This class is perfect for anyone fed up with feeling lethargic and stuck in their body from a desk job, or experiences chronic pains and aches from heavy lifting and repetitive movement. We also recommend Hatha for anyone wanting space to explore what feels right in their bodies and learn how to use props without rushing through flows and faster practices. Class is held in the main hall at Baypoint Sports Club, booking is made via phone to the club at 01304 613022 and payment is in cash on the day at the club reception. (Note: Classes are completely FREE in May but still require booking). So feel free to come along if you've had a long day and need a good reset, we'd love to have you.
